Corinna is an amazing real estate agent. I was 100% comfortable working with her. She is extremely personable but also is great at negotiating. As we toured houses, she gave suggestions that I never would have thought of. She even provided recommendations of contractors when I needed work done on the house after my purchase. I can't say enough great things about Corinna! We were moving to Titusville from Washington state and found a home online we wanted to view. We contacted our agent in Washington and asked him if he could help us. He contacted Corinna and gave her our contact information and I had a call from her the next morning. She called the home owner who said he was in the processor signing a contract and she told him to PUT THE PEN DOWN, I HAVE YOUR BUYERS! She made arrangements to drive up to Titusville and do a zoom walk through that same afternoon. She gave us her opinion of the house and what we needed to do if we wanted to make an offer, which we had to do within 2 hours or the homeowner would sign the other contract! It was unbelievable stressful to make that decision so quickly but Corinna talked us through each step and helped keep us calm during this time. She was so amazing to help arrange inspections, deal with the current homeowner on certain issues and then the closing. It went so smoothly and we were so pleased with all her expertise. She is truly an amazing individual with so much knowledge of the real estate market in the area, tips for new comers to the area and went far and above to make sure everything went flawlessly.
