Corine was extremely easy to work with. She has a great personality always responded quickly to questions and was straightforward about the questions that were asked. We lived in our home for 39 years so it was an emotional time selling it and she was always compassionate about our feelings. Especially mine. I cried signing the sales agreement and she said you know you don't have to personally go to the closing if it's too hard. I very much appreciated her caring. We have now built our retirement home and don't plan on moving again but if we do or know someone in need of a Realtor that's great at her job and compassionate with a sense of humor I will recommend Corine in a heartbeat.

From the beginning, Corine was on top of everything. The appraisal was accurate and the house was listed shortly thereafter. She kept us informed of the feedback from prospective buyers each time she had a showing. We finally got an offer and with help from Corine, negotiated a price with the prospective buyer. The pandemic caused some setbacks, as well as, some setbacks due to guardianship issues but Corine was on top of it.
