Me and my gf started working with Corina in the middle of 2021. She told us everything we needed to get a house and recommended we wait for our 2021 W-2, as we were making a great deal of money more than in 2020. Once we finally received them I reach back out to Corina and learned she moved to Idaho. She then told me she renewed her California license so she can continue helping us with the process. We submitted a few offers on the open houses I went to and were outbidded. She scheduled a few viewings that weren't doing open houses and even came down to look at them with me. When we finally submitted an offer we were outbidded again. She asked how we felt about the house then advised us to leave it as a backup offer which we did. Two days later she called with the great news that our offer was accepted as the current one fell through. Corina then came down for every part of the process as far as the walkthroughs, the inspections and the signing of the documents. We've been in our house a few months added another rescued dog to the family as well as fostering a hospice dog. They have more room than they know what to do with. This was made possible by Corina going above and beyond.

I can't speak highly enough of Corina Carillo as our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowlegde, honesty and hard work, can't forget the ethics. Are very much respected and appreciated. She is very detail oriented & honest. She really knows how to do her job. She always kept us up-to-date with available appointments always letting us know as soon as a new one came to the market. She does the best with mathcing her clients to the perfect home. Honestly, she treated us like family. Could not have asked for more..
