I first contacted Corina when she sent me an introductory letter and I was considering downsizing. Corina never got frustrated with me because of my indecision with my downsizing options. It took me six years to finally decide which was best for me, a mobile home or a condo. I changed my mind often and refused to list my home until I found an ideal replacement for it. Through it all Corina was very patient and never pressured me but she just knew what to do when the time was right. She listed my home as "coming soon" to spark some interest and then delayed showings until holding two open house events on a weekend. The open house events were very well attended and there were eight offers with several above asking price for me to consider. Corina met with me to review and discuss the offers and after making my decision she recommended an excellent attorney to handle the sale details and the closing. In the days following, Corina had her husband Brian replace a smoke and CO2 detector to expedite the certification process. She observed visits and a walk through by the buyers and scheduled the water department to come and take the final meter reading. I am so glad that Corina sent me her introductory letter six years ago and that I decided to contact her to assist me with downsizing. By the way, I decided to rent a garden style condo unit. Corina came to visit me at my condo to offer her congratulations and best wishes.
