Corey Smith

Great experience working with Corey. We were from out of state and did not know the area at all. Corey quickly figured out the kind of home we were looking for and kept a flow of new properties coming. Even when my vision changed, Corey never missed a beat. In this crazy market, it was greatly appreciated. Corey also threw in a couple of “out of the box” properties, one which we ended up buying. And since we were out of state, Corey worked with my daughter who would go check out properties for us To do that, he had to be flexible because she works full time and has a small child. Once we had a contract on the house, Corey kept us up to date on the process, sent us several names of appraisers, inspectors and what ever else we needed to choose from. All in all, a smooth experience. If we ever need to move again, Corey will be our realtor.
