Using Corey Murphey to help sell our home (summer 2016) turned out to be a good decision. He is a great professional. We relied on him to advise us first on what minimally needed to be done to the house to make it presentable for selling. The house had been occupied by tenants for several years and needed some serious TLC. He had recommended we trim the tree on the front yard for a better photography angle. After spending several thousands of dollars in painting, carpeting, landscaping, and handyman repairs, we did not want to incur additional costs. Corey took it upon himself to take care of it and the tree was trimmed... I was totally impressed with his responsiveness to my emails, phone calls, texts sent his way any time of the day or day of the week, even we were overseas with a 9 hour time difference. We received our first offer after his very first open house showing, and it resulted in a final sale very close to our asking price. His professionalism didn't stop after the house went into escrow. He kept us informed on the process and was outstanding with following up with the electronic documentation exchange. He also coordinated a termite inspection and associated repairs needed in order to close escrow. Finally, Corey was not only professional and responsive but knowledgeable and equipped with a friendly, patient disposition.
