Corey McCracken is a 20-year veteran in the business, updated tehnologically and knows the professional realestate sales business to a "T". "We had over 30 showings in the first 3 days and sold for over 10K over asking price?" I, personally, was impressed that on the second day we had a buyer that stayed the course and purchased the house. Cory is an affable type of guy and proved his character by helping me three hours (after the closing) to get everything out of the house so that the new owners could immediately move in.
