Corey was great working with and did a great job saling my house for us in Mesa AZ. Great guy to work with and keep us updated at all times on buyers looking to buy it. We had some up and downs with buyers but got the job done. The funny thing was he just called me out of the blues and was nice about thing and was not pushy and feeling my a bunch of smoke and mirrors. About a month later he called me to follow up and about a few months later we put him to work. Great guy

Just to be completely transparent, Corey was one of my former Honors math students and I've known him for nearly 15 years. It should go without saying, though, that you have to be a special kind of person to have your junior high math teacher trust you to sell a house! In our case, Corey helped us with a tricky situation in the calmest and most professional manner. A dear friend and colleague had to offload her 96-year-old mother's house immediately, but it was in a VERY neglected state, full of decades of accumulated "stuff", in need of some major repairs (pool, A/C, etc.), and had title problems. Corey found her a buyer, organized a short sale, arranged it so she didn't have to deal with getting rid of the contents, and handled every bit of the messy paperwork and hassle (even setting up the signing at the nursing home where "mom" was). My friend was out from under the house (and its burdens) in about 2 weeks. Even though my friend was overwhelmed by everything she was having to deal with during that time (and easily frustrated), Corey calmly and patiently walked her through the whole process. She was so relieved and happy with the result. It just could not have gone better. I HIGHLY recommend Corey -- you absolutely cannot go wrong in hiring him.

Corey was an incredible help for buying my first house. He was always available for questions (of which I had a lot) and consistently had the expertise to answer them. I also appreciated his insights on the houses we looked at, as well as his attention to details when it came to examining them. When we finally had an offer accepted he was there providing help throughout each step. Corey also has a lot of great contacts for pre- and post house purchasing which I am utilizing fully. Finally and most importantly, Corey is just an all around nice guy and I never once got the impression that I was just another sale, which is something I look for in anyone I do business with. I couldn't recommend him more.
