It was a pleasure working with Corey Lee to purchase a home and property that meets our family's needs and in many ways exceeds our expectations. We were trying to find a property from out of state, so we worked with Corey remotely to identify properties we were interested in. Relatives who were local to the area toured properties with Corey when we were not able to be there. We did fly in to town a couple of times, and Corey accommodated our schedule, blocking time for us to tour homes at our convenience. Corey has exceptional knowledge of the greater Grand Rapids market. Real estate inventory was low, and many properties were being purchased before we could see them. We were fortunate to identify and close on the property we were most interested in. Corey made it happen, working with the sellers (who did not have an agent) to make the process as smooth as possible for both parties. I highly recommend Corey Lee.
