As one who places the utmost importance on communication, Corey met and exceeded my expectation. Even though he has several clients, he always answered my calls or texts within the hour, and was thorough in his explanation of the home-selling process. I couldn't have asked for a better agent!

We went through a lot, and I mean a LOT of issues with the sale, preparation, and closing of our home, and the purchase of our new home. Corey was with us every step of the way. He was consistently the positive voice when we were ready to throw in the towel. He kept us moving in the right direction, always stayed in touch, and gave us effective, valuable advice in tough spots. Corey was great to work with. He was an excellent resource when listing our home, and when helping my wife and I find our new home. He came out and went over how the sale would go then asked what we were looking for in our new home. He found us a perfect home with room for our 3 kids, 2 dogs, and barns for our 2 horses.

We had a time crunch with an expiring lease and Corey made the time to ensure we got our showings right away, and once we found the right place, made an offer and worked with the seller to negotiate favorable terms for both of us. With his help, we were able to close in about 30 days with plenty of time to move. We would definitely recommend Corey Lee to other buyers and sellers in West Michigan.
