Corey King

Corey King did an amazing job finding our perfect forever home. During these crazy times he went above and beyond what a realtor would do. Other realtors were reluctant to take on a VA loan, but as a Veteran himself he took on the challenge. Since we lived an hour away he would scope out possible tours and get them set up for the weekend. He would take videos of potential homes. Sometimes both Saturday and Sunday all day we would tour anywhere from 3 to 7 homes in one day. He would make personal connections with each realtor and sometimes the owners. He was so quick in responding to any of our needs. He did not give up on our dream home and try to sell us something we would not have been happy with. When our offer was finally accepted on a home, he made it happen! Thursday our offer was accepted, Friday Escrow opened, Monday the inspector, Tuesday the appraiser, Wednesday the loan approved, Thursday the underwriters and we closed Escrow within 21 days. Corey was on it and made it happen. I could not have asked for a better Realtor, and in the midst of everything he has become our friend and we are now part of the “Fam Realtor Group”.
