Working with Corey was truly a breeze! He was such a huge help with the listing and selling process and kept us informed throughout the contract period. Will definitely be using him again!
Corey was exactly what we needed in an agent. He was knowledgeable and informed on all aspects of the home buying/selling process. With both of us working full time and transitioning to work from home in the midst of the Covid pandemic, Corey assembled a team of people to handle the entire process from start to finish. He acted as a liaison for us with the lender and the closing attorney. He patiently met with us more than once at multiple properties while we carefully considered options and completely changed our minds from our initial plans mid way through shopping. He was always available to us and he even met us on a Sunday evening to make sure our offer went in first. Corey went above and beyond day in and day out until we found the perfect home. His work ethic and professionalism are second to none. We happily recommend Corey Fontenot with a five star rating!
We lucked out getting Corey Fontenot as an agent. He was assigned to us when an other agent left the company, whom could not even spell our name correctly. With that said, he was dealing with the Opelousas area, witch is a tough housing market. To add to this, my husband and I live in Arizona, but Corey made sure he checked on the house and kept us informed. Thank you for the time you gave to us. William & Peggy
