Cord helped the reviewer buy this property

Fantastic, Knowledgeable, and Extremely Personable Agent

Cord, Did a great job supporting myself and wife on a recent home purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable on the market in the Austin area. He was very personable. He spent as much time with us as we needed to look at many homes before we were able to find the perfect home we wanted to purchase of many months. He made himself available to work around our schedules. And ultimately he worked well in driving a successful negotiation with the sellers that we closed on a fair and reasonable price for the home. Ultimately base don our experience we have decided to use Cord once again as our agent in the sale of our old home. THANKS CORD!
