Cooper helped the reviewer buy this property

Excellent Realtor - Highly Recommend

I had a great experience working with Cooper Livingston aka 'Noah'. Just to share a little bit about my experience. I initially communicated with Noah over the phone and expressed interest in purchasing an investment property in the near future since I resided out of state. Little did I know that I would be closing on a home in North Myrtle Beach a few months later. Noah made the experience fun, smooth, and handled all the heavy lifting since I resided out of state. He was always available to answer questions and provided excellent guidance and went beyond to ensure everything came together. Noah is truly patient and communicates honestly with you throughout the process. I want to close by saying that I think we got the best deal of the year on a new construction home. Noah went from being my realtor to a friend. Thank you Noah for making this such a great experience.
