I originally came to the Myrtle Beach area looking to have a new home built. The sales rep had conned me saying they had no HOA properties which after . coming 750 miles found was a lie. I had spoke to Cooper in prior months who stated he would contact me when closer to me being down in SC. It was definitely God's will because the phone rang while I was down in mrytle and it was Cooper. I explained what happened with the new house and he said to check out older homes. He explained to me about contingency and for two weeks everyday he took me everyday. Then, the very last day at night, we found our forever home. Coopers job did not end there. From Sept thru Jan he stuck with me thru thick and thin. He's now not only my agent, he's my family. Within 5 minutes of meeting Cooper I knew he would be exactly what we needed in a representative as we searched for a home. Cooper was very professional in his manner while also being down home and relaxed in his approach to being a valuable resource for Debbie and I. Any issues that did arise, and there were a few, Cooper either knew the answer or committed to getting us the information in a timely manner. I have always felt that to be successful in sales, regardless of what you're selling, your top priority should be fulfilling your customers needs and requirements. Listen more than you speak, be a valuable resource by providing follow up on questions quickly and effectively, be honest, truthful and forthright. Cooper has all of those attributes and then some.
