Within 5 minutes of meeting Cooper I knew he would be exactly what we needed in a representative as we searched for a home. Cooper was very professional in his manner while also being down home and relaxed in his approach to being a valuable resource for Debbie and I. Cooper knows the area having been born and bred locallly. This was very helpful for us as we are relatively new to South Carolina. He is very knowledgeable of local resources and activities that he thought would be of interest to us. I think Coopers greatest attribute is he listens to what the customer wants and then tailors his approach to best meet the customers needs and in some cases requirements. I spent 40 years in Sales and Sales Management in my career. I know talent when I see it. Cooper really impressed me. His personality is very conducive to having a low pressure yet highly productive relationship with his customers. Cooper did his homework before showing us the multiple properties that we looked at. He knew the home, the neighborhood, the area we were in and provided invaluable information that we needed to assist us in finding just the right home that met all of our requirements. Any issues that did arise, and there were a few, Cooper either knew the answer or committed to getting us the information in a timely manner. I have always felt that to be successful in sales, regardless of what you're selling, your top priority should be fulfilling your customers needs and requirements. Listen more than you speak, be a valuable resource by providing follow up on questions quickly and effectively, be honest, truthful and forthright. Cooper has all of those attributes and then some. We found our new home and couldn't be happier. We had an excellent experience working with Cooper and the Dulhagen Group.
