My property was listed before by other agents but it wasn't getting sold. With Consuelo it was fast an easy. She just knew what to do. She sent a cleaning crew, stage it, then she hired professional pictures and with the right words and description on the multiple listing service as well as her knowledge and experience, voila!, my property got SOLD! I can't recommend Consuelo enough.

I hired Consuelo to represent me as the seller in an estate sale in Century Village. The sale was extremely complicated, the HOA was very unhelpful and unresponsive, the attorney for the HOA was unhelpful and unresponsive to the point that I will begin a complaint with the bar against their office. Nonetheless, despite all the roadblocks, Consuelo listed the property at a reasonable market value, provided contacts that facilitated the sale readiness of the condo (cleaning ect ect), negotiated with the buyer and the unresponsive and at times rude HOA and attorney for the HOA. I had hired two sets of attorneys, probate and another for this sale. Consuelo consistently maintained clear communication with both legal teams and myself. Consuelo and went above and beyond the expectations of any realtor to ensure that the sale was completed. As an example, the HOA was refusing to sign the sale and approving the buyer. This went until the day of closing. The HOA had no legal basis to refuse to sign nor any logical reasoning, it was only a power-move to flex their imaginary power. I personally was completely fed up with the HOA and wanted to pursue legal action. Nonetheless, Consuelo maintained a cool level headed and did what was best for me and the best option given the poor circumstances created by the HOA and the HOA's attorney. At the end, the sale was closed and completed. I whole-heartedly believe that if I had not had Consuelo or a realtor with her level of expertise, experience and decorum, this sale would not have been completed. I am very thankful to Consuelo and would completely recommend her to any buyer or seller. Specially if they are buying or selling into or out of Century Village, which let me tell you, its a nightmare, at least in my experience.

My 91 yo mom and I were in such stressful circumstances, between selling condo and moving to a new state. Consuelo was as kind as she was professional. She returned every call, text, email. She gently guided us on what we needed to do, and went way beyond to help us deal with the exhausting details-again displaying her kindness and professionalism.
