This was my third real estate experience, I had in mind what I wanted for my home. Ms McKinnon evaluated my needs, then advised on the market and values of the time. We saved a lot of time in the process by her letting us know what would have to be repaired/replaced and to what level, can’t place a value on that. bottom line, minus the other agent…it was a smooth experience
