She was timely and very at tentative to detail; providing me with all the paperwork I needed to review and sign prior to the settlement date. I was a bit apprehensive regarding the sale of my mother's home; however Connie soothed my anxiety by quickly answering all my questions. She kept me informed regarding every aspect of the sale. Her expertise was beyond reproach, and her negotiation skills were outstanding. The house sold in less than two weeks once the for-sale sign went up.
