Dedication and Professionalism

As a buyer client of Constance Macleod for the past year, I have been nothing but impressed by the dedication and professionalism she has demonstrated from the first time we met until the closing on our purchase. My wife and I started working with Connie over a year ago. Our search was a challenge for the two of us (my wife and I), often having very different values and a list of prerequisites that did not always align. Connie was patient, understanding and helpful to us both, assisting in the effort to accommodate our specific needs, desires and expectations. Having carried a License in Real Estate Sales for several years myself in Massachusetts, I am familiar with the process and the demands that present throughout the process. Connie has a thorough knowledge of that process, the timing and the formalities that are integral with any purchase in addition to having and maintaining effective and competent communication with all parties involved. Throughout that process her disposition and manner was engaging, pleasant and supportive. She has been there for us from start to finish. As a Licensed Architect I well know that my criteria for the purchase of a property are specific and demanding. There's also the fact we were all over the map, in more ways than one. Having lived in Maine years ago, our search was for a means to return to Vacationland and included a desire to explore bath familiar and new territory. Connie assisted us in that exploration and was very patient with the diversity and inconsistency of our requested viewings. Then the stars aligned and we were introduced to a listing that had a much inherent complexity due existing code violations with the town and the DEP. Connie demostrated a firm grasp of those issues and assisted in our presentation of an offer that was persuasive and effective. Once under contract, her direction and leadership brought us to closing promptly and effectively. I recommend Connie Macleod with full enthusiasm.
