When we moved to Centennial, Conrad represented the seller of the house we bought and were impressed with him throughout the transaction. 3 Years later he was our first call and we weren't disappointed. Blair from his team was our selling agent and checked every box from generating a very busy open house, multiple above asking offers and getting us under contract ASAP. The deal then became extremely tough with the buyer but Blair kept a level head throughout and we just closed last week. Blair killed it, and a great guy too. Conrad and Seth represented us in buying our new home and more of the same: professional, consistent and awesome at every step.
