Conrad was amazing and extremely helpful in helping me buy my first home. He was very communicative and always looking for listings that would work for me. He was honest to help me manage my expectations and I truly felt like he had my best interests at heart. He helped me make an offer on a house as soon as it hit the market to avoid a multiple offer scenario and assisted me through settlement, even when the seller wanted to back out at one point. Conrad also continued to communicate with me after settlement if I reached out to him with questions. He is professional and cares about his clients. I highly recommend him!
