When I wasn’t able to attend certain open houses due to Covid-19, Conrad took the time to attend and FaceTimed me so I could see the homes. Conrad always returned my calls the same day and went above and beyond in negotiating for us. Conrad took the time to research the different areas we were looking at. He was highly knowledgeable about housing details, so much that he would probably be an excellent general contractor. Most importantly, he was honest. The last time that my husband and I bought our condo, we felt such pressure and confusion from the agent. She was not very good at her job (which we found out later on of course). Escrow closed, and everything went so smoothly and quickly I still cannot understand how he managed to make this so painless. He had to work directly with the seller and he made things so simple and easy - everybody got along very well! We are now in our dream home thanks to Conrad. We started the new year off and we cannot wait to have a housewarming party. Conrad will definitely be on the list of invites as I consider him a good friend and an incredible professional.
