I just wanted to tell Conrad thank you so much for making my dream come true. I am very picky and have a hard time making up my mind with things, but he was patient and understanding. And very knowledgeable of what a new home buyer like myseld should be concerned about and informed about. It was a big accomplishment for me and without Conrad I don’t think it would have been possible.

It was great working with Conrad I would recommend him to any of my friends and family members. If all goes well I will be contacting Conrad within the next year or 2 for a future home in mind I would not use no one else but Conrad to help on searching or selling a home. Thank You..

Conrad made selling my family home a painless process. He knew it was difficult emotionally for me, and he was there every step of the way, stayed in constant contact, and explained everything I needed to know. If I had a question, he was there immediately with an answer. He had my house on the market and sold, closed, in three weeks. I would definitely use his services again and have referred him to my coworkers.

Working with Conrad was a great experience for our family. Not only did he help us sell our house quickly and for top dollar (has a fantastic photographer) but he stuck with us for 6 months to help us find our new home. Conrad was very helpful in the offer/inspection/signing process and explained everything too us ahead of time. We asked a lot of questions (I'm an engineer) and he answered them all with a smile. We still keep in touch with Conrad even though we closed on our house nearly 3 mo ago. Highly, highly recommend Conrad. Truly deserves 5 stars.
