Conor is a true professional in every sense of the word! He is not your "typical" real estate broker in the fact that he is working on YOUR behalf, not his. He takes the time to understand what your needs are (both stated and unstated) and provides options for you to consider. Not at any time was there pressure and in fact, when originally had to pull out of a deal after we were under contract due to the start of COVID and uncertainty, he made sure he followed up to make sure we received our earnest money back a quick as possible. When we "reengaged" after a few months we picked up right where we left off and it was a smooth and painless process that was all done 1500 miles away! We even closed remotely! It's not often that you can say that you build a true friendship through the course of a business transaction but that is exactly what happened and I would recommend Conor to ANYONE looking for real estate in Florida!
