In the process of submitting offers, she always made sure my offers got noticed. Once my offer was accepted, her extensive experience was obvious and made feel more confident that I could trust her guidance and advice while going through this very complicated and difficult escrow process. We did a short (20 day) escrow, so issues that arose needed to be handled quickly in order for us to close on time. Connie always reacted quickly and kept me informed. Connie went over and beyond helping us sell the house, she even got us in contact with a realtor in seattle where we moved to and we had a house ready for us once we got there! She did more than we expected her to do, she got in contact with contractors to fix and paint up a few damages in the house. We ended up selling the house faster than we thought we would.
