I had a very difficult situation with this transaction. First I lost both my parents within a year, mom March 2022 and dad February 2022. Dad wanted to use Connie as she is a neighbor of theirs. Next up, only mom was on title with no will or trust, probate for me. Unknown to me, she did a forbearance with the lender the year before her passing and when it was time to make payments, dad's social security wasn't enough to make the payment. I have a household of my own and couldn't take this on, it was a race against foreclosure. We were in escrow 5 times loosing buyers that didn't want to wait for the probate process. I was awarded Administrator by the court and finally we were able to complete a sale. On top of this, I live 400 miles from the property and had to empty the house. If there is any advice I can give is get your affairs in order. Thank you for everything Connie, you went above and beyond.

Connie did an excellent job in an extremely difficult situation. Her patience and ability to adapt to the situation both from a real estate and interpersonal aspect were outstanding. She also went above her call of duty by providing my wife and I help getting moved. And, to top it all off, she turned out to be a great companion and friend. I'm not sure if my wife and I could have gotten through it without her.
