Our experience with Connie was nothing short of amazing. When we started our housing search, it was in the middle of the pandemic, with the access issues and the insane bidding wars that were occurring. Each time we saw something we liked or were interested in, Connie got us in and gave us her honest assessments about everything from the construction of the house, to the neighborhood demographics, to the volume of traffic and noise in the area. She was an amazing resource to have, and she kept us sane and didn’t let us write crazy offers on the wrong houses, even if it would’ve made her bottom line better. And even after what felt like 50+ viewings and about 10 offers, Connie’s attention to us and her understanding of what we wanted in a house never waned; she was as enthusiastic and helpful from the first house she took us to, through our closing and beyond, as she still checks in on us and is always willing to connect us to anyone we need for any projects or renovations we might be considering. Truly a wonderful agent, and an even better human. You can’t go wrong with Connie. 10/10 would recommend her and will use her again when we’re ready for the next rodeo.

Connie responded very quickly to our request to see properties; she showed us 3 different places and we decided on one. After some discussion, she advised us about a reasonable offer to make (which in this case was below the asking price). The seller agreed to our offer, Connie arranged our inspection, and attended it with us. In our perfect world, we hoped to be able to close the sale on a tight time line. Due to Connie’s reputation and excellent professional relationship with the inspection company, she was able to expedite the inspection in their otherwise tight schedule. She also arranged for us to close 3 days before our contracted closing date, which was extremely beneficial for our moving situation. We think she went above the ordinary to meet our requests! Connie’s excellent communication during the whole process, her friendly, warm and professional demeanor, and her knowledge of the market, the process, and her negotiating skills took all stress out of this purchase for us. Connie has been a long time local realtor and has a strong understanding of the market. We can enthusiastically recommend her for your residential real estate needs.

Connie was fantastic the whole home buying journey. She would look into everything to make sure it would pass inspections and made sure we didn’t put in insane offers on houses. She was honest when she saw something that may be an issue and told us ways to go about it if we wanted the house. She also explained the home buying process so we knew what we would be getting into and what hurdles we would need to jump over to get a house. I recommend her to everyone!
