Connie is very professional and knows the local real estate market well. As a first-time seller, I had many questions and needed a lot of explanation. Sometimes we met in person, especially if there was a lot for me to process and understand. Other times we texted back and forth with minor details. She negotiated two offers well and knew a good contractor to do make the changes suggested by the inspector.
Connie was very responsive . If i had any questions she was a phone call away. She got things in order and made sure my transition was smooth and painless. She kept me informed every step of the way so i was never left in the dark about where we were with escrow. I would deffinately use Connie as my agent again.
