Had some issues with a tight closing date and seller not completing contractually promised repairs. She was prompt at helping to resolve issues. I loved that she did not try to push us above our budget and was very knowledgeable.
Connie was the best part of our home-buying experience. She helped coordinate between all the people at the bank and with the seller to make us feel like we were part of a team. She responds quickly to questions, she's very knowledgeable about all aspects of the homebuying process, and she's a really pleasant person to work with. We loved working with her and wouldn't have found our home without her!
