We were working with another realtor and it wasn’t productive. Connie Pepin was recommended to us and after the first open house we we were under contract. Unfortunately the buyer couldn’t sell their property. We went back on the market. Once again, after the the first open house, we had a buyer. Connie was diligent and our house was closed last week.
