Connie Nowell

Connie Nowell went above and beyond for us as our agent. She is extremely honest and works for you diligently, far beyond what most agents are required to do for their clients. She not only spent weeks just trying to find a house to our specifications but when she did find "the one" she worked hard to get it for a price we could afford. Plus all of the paperwork she helped us with for getting a loan was outstanding. I can never say enough good things about Connie Nowell as a broker, agent, or just as a person. I really can't put all of the things she did, or helped us with in this review. They are far too many.

I highly recommend Connie if you are selling a house in the Port Charlotte area. We were in need of selling an elderly family members house in order to keep them in an assisted living facility. Needless to say, we are over 2,000 miles away and our family member needed the money quickly in order to stay at their facility they were enjoying and getting the proper care they needed. This situation was setting up to be a nightmare for us. Connie did an excellent job and the selling of the house was barely a headache.<br/><br/>Connie is highly professional, honest and goes above and beyond to make sure everybody's needs are taken care of. She helped us set up an estate sale, get the house sold for a fair price, and all this in a timely fashion. Everything we could have hoped for Connie helped us with and provided a great level of expertise in an area we had little knowledge of. <br/><br/>We would definitely use Connie again and recommend her to anybody in the area. <br/><br/>-The Johnson Family
