She also provides answers to questions accurately which aids the client as to how the selling and buying system works. Mrs. Morse provides suggestions concerning what may need to be done or repairs to be made to create a quicker sale of a house. She also works well with repair people so that repairs are completed properly and timely. Mrs. Morse goes out of her way to keep clients up to date on the progress of their transaction. Every detail is explained until the closings are completed. Her knowledge of the buying and selling of real estate is out standing which makes her a leader in her field.
