Connie (and her assistant) are two of the most professional and compassionate people that I have ever worked with. We hired Connie (we live out of state) to sell a family property. She guided us through the entire process. Her attention to detail was unreal and she kept us informed at every point including timelines that were constantly updated. She made the process so easy and is an incredible resource. She was able to quickly arrange for anything that we needed and it was done so efficiently and we were able to quickly get the property on the market. Her market analysis was incredible and made pricing simple. I really cannot say enough positive things about Connie, she really is the best real estate has to offer.

Connie is outstanding and her “understanding of luxury markets and her unyielding ethics” that is called out in her profile is completely true. While we have sold two other homes this is our first luxury property and we were intimidated with the process. From the beginning we trusted Connie to her word that she would be a full-service broker. We trusted Connie to manage the modifications, staging, marketing/pricing and showing of our house. We even completed a previously planned three-week vacation while Connie brought a house from just moved-out condition to showroom quality in that short time. Based on her confidence we continued to trust her judgment to set the pricing and run the negotiations without interference. It is clear she can work with any style of client and if you need extra help she is willing to do much more, as was in our case. We both cannot imagine any other realtor doing a better job.
