She loves her job! It wasn’t long before we received several offers.! The house sold close to full asking price and a short escrow. Connie handled an estate sale for our family. Being a broker myself, I'm a little hard to please. She handled the negotiation extremely well. The buyers were difficult but it diden't trickle through to us. I'll work with her again.

Connie has served Laguna Beach and nearby beach town communities for over 40 years and understands her marketplace and customers very well. She was dedicated to holding open houses regularly pre-pandemic and provided great guidance after lockdown. She continually advised there was a buyer for our old style home and she was right to advise us to be patient.

My family and I had the pleasure of working with Connie to sell our parents home. Timing was not ideal, we entered the market in late fall 2019. Connie powered through and drove traffic to our home with multiple showings every week. We entered escrow with in a month at a very fair price. The buyers however were very difficult to work with and we eventually fell out of escrow. Connie never wavided and took it all in stride. We would have multiple showings weekly during the month of December and the Christmas Holidays. This is a testament to the marketing and effort that Connie put in. We ultimately reentered escrow with the same buyer’s shortly there after at the same price and closed quickly. Connie’s expertise, persistence and can do attitude is why our home closed at the price we wanted.
