Connie is a fantastic realtor. She has gone beyond in helping me sell my house. She dealt with my niece (who lived there). My niece gave her a hard time showing the house and refusing to leave when she had too. I live out of state and there were times Connie waited for the inspectors coming to an empty house sitting in a chair for hours. Answered all my questions. Start to finish selling our home with Connie was such an easy process. From the beginning I wanted to list at a higher price, and she agreed to trying it for 2 weekends, we had a ton of showings but NO offers. After dropping the price to what Connie recommended, we got multiple offers and accepted an offer higher then listing and right where she thought it would sell for. After a couple of months and some delays on the buyer's side we got to closing finally settling on asking price which was great considering the market had taken a downward turn.
