With a real estate career that began in 1995, Connie Larsen brings decades of experience, dedication, and community insight to every client she serves. She first entered the industry as an office manager before transitioning to full-time sales in 1996, where she found her true passion—helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.
Connie and her husband, Dirk, have one daughter, Abby, who has blessed them with three active and wonderful grandchildren. Family is at the heart of everything Connie does, and in her spare time she can be found cheering on her grandchildren’s many activities or watching her favorite teams, the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Green Bay Packers.
Deeply invested in her community, Connie believes involvement is the best way to stay informed and make a positive impact. She currently serves on the City Planning and Zoning Commission, the Washington Economic Development Group (WEDG) Board of Directors, and Rotary. Her past service includes the Washington County Public Board of Health, the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and Morning Optimist. She is also an active member of the United Methodist Church.
Connie truly enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and is committed to providing honest guidance, strong communication, and exceptional service. She believes customers are the reason the real estate business exists—and she strives to make every experience positive and rewarding.
