Connie was professional, friendly and approachable. Her communication style probably would be a good fit for someone that isn't me, I'm not a fan of niceties, or small talk, or fluff and she was great at those things. I definitely am far more analytical, a fan of structure, lists, and close to exact timelines (especially while working in an area I am not familiar with), while those things were not always written out in a way I could always follow (potentially a me problem), we did meet the desired deadlines. In the way of finding a home, Zillow or most real estate websites were able to show us the same listings she did, however when we did express a strong interest in something, most of the time she was able to get us in the door ASAP and flag things we might not have known to look for. As for the rest of everything else, negotiations and what not she did well and was able to get our largest concerns or 'asks' taken care of. I'm unsure if things could have gone better, I have no other frame of reference, but they definitely could have been a lot worse. - Sincerely someone who hates all things shopping related and never wants to shop for a house of all things ever again, this is the equivalent of asking a cat to review its owner right after its last bath. All things considered she did well.

We have worked with Connie on six different transactions over the years (both buying and selling), and each one has been a pleasure. I reached out to her in regards to purchasing a condo, and she was prompt with meeting with me, setting condo appointments (same day!!) and eventually, when my home purchase offer was accepted, walking me through everything that comes after that. She had good knowledge of the area that I was looking for (Rochester Hills/around it), and when I listed the aspects I was looking for in a condo, she took note and I knew she was going to do her best to get me what I was looking for. And she did! She's such an amazing person, and I feel so glad that I reached out to her to help me on this point of my journey!
