She was a teacher through the process as this was my first purchase. She broke terms down so that I understood. It took 6 months to close, she was very patient. We would say that an important part of working with Connie was benefitting from her view of things. She never treated us as if we were just a means for a paycheck. From the beginning and throughout the process, if we asked her for her opinion, she never shied away from the truth. If we called with a question about a property, or wanted to see a property she made herself available...all of this without us committing to selling our property. She never pressured us into anything but waited until we were absolutely ready to proceed. She was spot on with her market analysis, and kept up with the market changes from the beginning to the end. Because of that reason, our house didn’t sit on the market and go stale. She is not an agent who’s main goal is to sign you up just to keep you captive, no, her honest approach in all matters, her keeping us up to date in all aspects of the process, was something that was very important to us and what we needed. You could not be in better hands than Connie King's. When I put my house on the market, Connie developed a beautiful package for buyers that presented every corner, inside and out, at its best. The photos were amazing and she captured the unique details that made my house a home for the past 40 years. It was extremely effective (it sold in five days!). Because it sold so quickly I found myself without any home, let alone my ideal home. That wasn't a problem for Connie! Although I was staying with my daughter out of state, Connie continued to send me listings, adapting and adjusting as I decided on the features I wanted in my new place. She made appointments convenient to my schedule, always found time for me if I stayed an extra day or found something I wanted to see, and responded immediately to my every phone call (and there were plenty!). As my list of "must haves" grew longer with no potential houses in sight, my children encouraged me to scale back on my list, but since this is the last home I'll ever buy I held out.
