Connie managed to find us a great new subdivision called Telge Ranch that ticked all the boxes for us, and even came in well under budget! She was there every step of the way to offer guidance -- sometimes via text message at odd hours. In many cases, we had questions specific to the builder/lender/insurer (ie, not something she could know off hand), and she even helped us get in touch with the right person to find those answers. We had concerns about a builder taking advantage of us -- being first time buyers and all. But Connie was there as our advocate to make sure that didn't happen. The new house they built for us is great so far. I hope we won't have to sell it any time soon, but Connie will be the first person we contact when that time comes.
