Ive bought and sold houses in three different states and I wish Connie was licensed in all of them because I would never look for another realtor again. She helped me buy my first house, and I didn't appreciate then just how fortunate I was. She was patient, kind, and had excellent communication. She helped me think about things I didn't know I needed to think about! I kept that house for years as a rental after I moved out and when it was time to sell my last tenants had left the house in terrible condition. Connie essentially acted as a general contractor coordinating everything from new floors and painting to glass repair. Her marketing strategy was great and we got multiple offers, selling for thousands above asking. I've used Connie to both buy and sell in North Carolina and I honestly coudn't give her a higher recommendation. She is the definition of professional and one of the kindest humans you will ever meet, Don't let her kindness fool you though, she uses her winning charm to get the absolute best deal on the property.
