We have known Connie Gidal for over 40 years. Connie sold Our house to us in Rocklin in 2003 and there was no hesitation to have her sell our house for us recently. It wasn’t an easy sale as the market kinda dropped and we fell out of escrow two times. However Connie after the first time it fell out of escrow she was quickly to get the house back up for sale and had an offer in one day. However that offer with our luck dropped out of escrow also and again had to put the house back up quickly. Within one week Connie had our house sold with a cash offer and 15 days closing.
