We recieved Connie's name from a friend and feel so lucky to have woirked with her. I inherited a property in Rocklin from my father, and would not have been able to complete the process of selling it without her help. We live down in Southern California, it it was incredibily helpful to have her oversee all aspects of the sale. She knew the people to help me get the house ready for the sale, and just what areas needed attention and where we could save money staging the house. She worked very well with the buyers agents, having a good mix of being friendly but also a tough negotiator. What really impressed me was her calm and guidance when the market turned, and our house fell out of escrow twice. We were still able to get a good price and finally close the sale. If your looking to buy or sell your house in the Rocklin area, I highly recommend her.
