If you thought the process of buying a house in the UK was stressful, then don’t choose a poor realtor to act for you in Florida or you will get a migraine. The process is complicated, especially if you intend to get a US mortgage where the lender will check your credit file the day before you complete and can contact your employer also. We chose Connie 24 years ago to buy an off plan 5 bed 3 bath short term rental home with pool from Park Square Homes. She owns the business and because you are not living in the US, you can trust her to act for you. After 24 years we have just sold our villa using Connie again. Well....here we are again. Who else would I go too after such a great experience with my last sale with Ms Connie.
