Connie and Millie were incredible from the moment when I started looking for a home until I closed on the home. When looking for a home, Connie responded immediately and somehow (using her magic) figured out how to get a home viewing the same day I asked her about a particular home. When putting in an offer, Connie was candid about the price and was incredibly helpful about the complicated terms of the contract. Between the offer and closing, Connie and Millie (and others) responded within minutes (if not immediately) to any questions or concerns I had. This includes weekends, when I would email or text them (And I really didnt expect them to respond over the weekend, but they did). The whole process was seamless. I must admit, I was terrified and clueless because it was my first home. However, Millie and Connie walked me through the process, step by step. They set me up with a title company, and helped me communicate with them when I needed it. I could compliment them on their professionalism and their diligence. However, the thing I am most grateful for is that they made an otherwise scary, anxiety-based, and tedious process incredibly simple.
