Connie and Ed Riddle

We like Connie and Ed’s work so much we used them four times! First, they helped us sell our first home. Next, they found us a rental home to use while Brenda and I designed our dream home on 1.5 acres in the country. Needless to say, things changed, and one day we saw an existing home for sale that we were meant to have, and we contacted Connie and Ed immediately to help us purchase the home. We submitted an offer a couple of hours after seeing the house. Unfortunately, 4 other buyers had the same idea. Connie and Ed worked with us through the night to craft an offer that would get us the house. Unknown to us Connie wrote a letter to the seller explaining our family situation and how much we loved the house. Long story short, we got the house still within our budget. As soon as we closed on the house, we had Ed and Connie list our 1.5-acre property that we no longer planned to build on. Ed and Connie went to work and we closed on the property the same day we moved into our new house – what a great coincidence!
