Connie did a great job with preparing us for selling our house and battled with the sellers agent and lender. The situation. She was dealt wasn’t the greatest but she was able to make sure the deal got done. She basically did a lot of the work of the other realtor and lender.

I met Connie briefly and shared that I would be selling my mothers home in Salem WI. She stated that she had sold homes in Kenosha Co. and would be happy to help with the sale. I contacted Connie on a Monday. We meet at my moms house on Tuesday. My husband and I were very impressed with the pre-work she had completed. She had listings on homes similar to moms for sale in the area at the time, homes that had sold both recently and within the past year. She knew all of the pertinent information about moms house. We completed a walk thru of the house. The home needed work along with updating and we were selling As Is. Connie stated the listing price which was $40,000 higher than a previous Realtor. We signed the contract on Tuesday; she picked up the keys for the lockbox on Wednesday; pictures were taken on Thursday; the home was listed on Friday; Saturday an Open House was held; Sunday we received an offer $10,000 less than listing and due to some water on the basement floor; We accepted the offer on Monday; We closed less than a month later!!! We had never heard of Exit Realty nor of Connie. They both did a fantastic job and we were extremely happy with the service we received. I would not hesitate to recommend the company or Connie!
