My wife and I relocated to Michigan from Pennsylvania, so finding a new home quickly 9 1/2 hours away was a scary prospect. Conne was recommended by a family member who had to do a similar relocation, and within 2 minutes of meeting her, I knew we were in great hands. She was honest and upfront about the real estate market when we started our search and made sure to update us as often as possible as listings within our parameters popped up. If we "liked" a house that didn't meet our needs, she told us immediately that it wasn't a good fit (houses on main roads, fixer uppers, etc.) for our family. She was very flexible with showings and helped us out significantly when we found a home that we liked but couldn't be there in person to see it. Once we put in an offer, Conne had already connected us with a fantastic lender who was up front about everything they needed for us to make the purchase. She was always a step ahead of the seller side of the purchase, and when the inspection occurred, my wife and I were made well-aware of everything we could and couldn't request. Even through the closing itself, Conne had me take care of last-minute items (setting up gas and electric, reminding me which paperwork I'd need to take to the township after we relocated) that I'd likely have forgotten in the course of our move. Long story short, I can't recommend Conne enough as a realtor. While I'm sure that complex/long-distance moves aren't a lot of fun from a realtor's perspective, she was an absolute champion when it came to guiding us through the process and getting us into our new home!
