As first time home buyers Conde was great at walking us through the whole home buying process and explaining each step so we understood what to expect. She was always responsive and available to show us listings without making us feel pressured to put an offer in (and yes as first time buyers we looked at ALOT of homes). Conde was very in touch with the current market and made sure our offers were competitive yet reasonable. We are forever grateful that she helped us find our first home and will definitely use her when we are ready to find our next one.

We loved working with Conde. She sold Ed's parents home after his fathers death. This was a very difficult time and she took the time to help us through the entire process helping us decide what should be done to prepare for the sale.
