Conchita helped me sell my home in 4 days. She provided for me all the things that I needed to prepare for a home sell. She helped me with every step and was always there to answer my calls for any question or concerns I would have. Conchita remained professional and courtous with myself and the sellers. The sale went without any problems as it was a smoothe transition. I have to say that I appreciated her professionalism and calm manner to all my questions. She also knew what is an appropriate sale for the home so that it sold at a fair price and quickly. I appreciate her office staff for being attentive to me when i would enter the office as my wait was never a long wait. If I have to buy or sell a home again, Conchita will be my first pick.
