1st time homebuyer
I feel like my home buying experience was okay. It was my first time purchasing a home and I’m fairly young, there was so much I did not know both before and after purchasing. There were small things that could have been addressed and over communicated on. Overall, Coltun was an amazing agent and did everything he could to help me throughout the home buying process! To improve on this I would recommend meeting your buyers where they are and treat everything as if they know nothing. It is always better to over prepare your buyers than to leave any confusion or questions. Thank you Coltun for helping me into my first home, I truly appreciate it and I wish for you to have all of the future success!
